It looks like the print has an "aratame" censor seal (above the signature cartouche) plus a zodiac date seal (below the signature cartouche), dating the print to 1854-1858. The photo is a bit blurry, but I think the zodiac seal may be for 1854, possibly the 4th month?

In any event, that date would certainly indicate Toyokuni III, a.k.a. Kunisada.
