Hi George --

The artist signature is that of Yoshitora, here reading "Kinchōrō Yoshitora ga". The date seal indicates a publishing date of 1856 (year of the dragon, 2nd month). Publisher seal is that of Izumiya Ichibei.

I'm unsure of the series or subject matter, though possibly an 11th- or 12th-century battle scene. I'm guessing this piece is part of a triptych, in which case one of the other sheets might have had a longer description of the scene.
