I see that there is a print from what looks to be a closely related series pictured on p. 265 of Andreas Marks' "Japanese Woodblock Prints: Artists, Publishers and Masterworks" (2010). That print has the same publisher and the same distinctive "monster" title cartouche as yours, but a different series title, "Five Shades of Ink In the Northern Quarter" ("Hokkoku goshiki zumi"). Marks lists a publication date of 1815, so quite early Kunisada.
