I haven't been able to find another copy of this particular print, but some observations:

The signature is that of Kuniyoshi, here signing "Ichiyūsai Kuniyoshi ga".

The publisher seal looks to be that of Kawaguchiya Chōzō.

The name of the pictured actor is given as 「嵐亀之丞」("Arashi Kamenojō"). Based on other prints I've found with that name, I take this to be Arashi Kamenojō II. There doesn't seem to be much information available online about this actor, but he was a specialist in "onnagata" roles.

No clue on the role or the play, but a publish date in the 1830s seems a safe bet.
