I tend to read the signature as 春洲筆.

There must be some relation with Hishikawa Harunobu (菱川春宣), designer of sumo-e during the first decades of the Meiji era. The publisher is Daikokuya Heikichi who issued sumo prints by Harunobu and also Gyokuha, Kuniaki II, Kunisada and Kunisada II.

BTW, I read the cartouche with the wrestler's name as 東京 大蛇浮大五郎 T˘ky˘ - ? Daigor˘) - not further identified.
