I haven't found an exact duplicate of your print, but the design appeared in volume 7 of the Hiroshige-illustrated "Ehon Edo miyage" (絵本江戸土産), first published around 1850; see this page for more details and links to scans of all 10 volumes:

This design, if I understand correctly, shows the Sumida river with the Azumabashi (Azuma Bridge) in the background.
