From a series 'Mitate meisho sakura' (見立名所桜尽 - Matches for cherry blossoms at famous places).

My tentative reading of the print title in the black cartouche is 'Kawashima no sakura' (河嶌乃桜 - blossoms in Kawashima).

This print was published by Sanoya Kihei. Similar prints are known to have been published
by Mikawaya Seiemon in the 1820s and Maruya Jinpachi in the 1830s (cfr. Robert Schaap & Glenn van den Bosch, 'Eisen's serial graphics checklist', Andon 105, series 118, p. 84).
