Keizai Eisen: Shiojiri pass. Witch editi

I have this print by Keisai Eisen (but I’m not an expert): "Series of the 69 stations of the Kisokaido: Station 31: Shiojiri pass”. I don't know what to think about it. Is it an early print? (The horse’s girth is decorated with the “Take” symbol of the first publisher Hoeido, who was the publisher from 1835 to 1838 or so).
What puzzels me is that there is no gradation on the banks on the right of the print, as is in most of the pictures I can find on the internet. Also, in my print those banks are partly blue instead of green …
(To the right of the Japanese text there is another mark, hardly visible)
