I'm inclined to read the first character as "春" (shun/haru), like in this Shunshō signature (from Artelino):

I've also been thinking the second character might be "川". Harukawa Goshichi did use "春川" as a signature, but your print doesn't look like his work at all to me, nor does the signature match.

I see that there was an obscure Katsukawa school artist called Shunsen (春川), so it could maybe be that, but I have never seen an example of that artist's work, so I do not know.
