Signed 'Shunsen ga' (春扇画) refering to Katsukawa Shunsen (勝川春扇, born 1762 - died ca.830).

Cfr. with a similar print coll. Library of Congress.

Such sumi-e prints were popular during the early 1800s and were designed amongst others, by Utamaro, Utamaro II, Hidemaro, Toyohiro, Shunsen.
