Your translation of the poem breathes even more life into the print - I can't thank you enough for this!

Fading as the primary reason for the stars looking so different in some prints seem very plausible - I quite like the look of the stars in my print :)

The sort of hybrid-esque quality of the print (ukiyo-e and/or shin-hanga) is partly what attracts me to it - your explanation makes a lot of sense.

Again, thank you so much for your reply! The time and effort that went into it will be connected to the print every time I look at it.
