The series is 'Natsu ishô tôsei bijin' (夏衣裳当世美人 - Summer Outfits: Beauties of Today) published ca. 1804-06 probably by Izumiya Ichibei, although no print of the series bears a publisher's mark. Can't read the print title fully but the shop-curtain next to the series title is likely the one with the trademark of the Ebisuya draper shop. A total of nine designs are recorderd. I'm not sure if your print is already recorded earlier.

BTW: Andreas mark reads the series title in Japanese as 'Natsugoromo tôsei bijin'.
