This is a design from Hiroshige's "Sixty-nine Stations of the Kisokaidō Road" series, originally published c. 1834-1842. This is number 32 in the series, "Seba" (洗馬).

There seem to be quite a number of color variations of this design; here's one at the MFA that is colored similarly to yours:

Your print appears to have been pulled from recarved blocks, so I would assume it to be 20th-century production.
