I'm with you on the censor seal ("single nanushi") and publisher, but the artist is Kunisada, signing "Kōchōrō Kunisada ga" (香蝶樓國貞画).

Here is a useful resource on Kunisada's signatures:

Kunisada started signing "Toyokuni" in early 1844, so that pretty well pins this design down to 1843.

Have not yet had a chance to look into the series... will dig around later if someone else hasn't done it first.
