This is the central panel of a triptych design by Utagawa Kunisada. It belongs to one of the many Genji-related series Kunisada designed.

Interestingly, the original version of this design featured cherry blossoms rather than maple leaves. The MFA in Boston has a complete copy of the original (1856), and the left two panels of the "maple" version (1861):
