The artist is Utamaro II. IMO, the title reads 'Haru (no) sugata Shichifuku asobi' (春姿七福遊 - The playful Lucky Seven in the mood of early spring). The recatangular sign is the gy˘ji censor seal of Murataya Jir˘bei; therefore the publication date must be ca. 1812. Publisher is Iwatoya Kisabur˘. The print is part of a diptich depicting the Seven Gods of Luck in a naughty mood, together with high ranking courtesans. 'Haru (no) sugata' is also the title of a popular tune, played on the kot˘.

Guy.
