I believe the only Hokusai here is the last illustration, on page 72. The full text of the signature/inscription is "向島隠居之 像葛飾北斎写之" -- I'm not sure how to read or translate the first part, but the second (left) line begins "Katsushika Hokusai".

Just for fun, the others are:

p. 7: Toyokuni
p. 35: Kiyonaga
p. 46: Shōsō (笑艸)
p. 48: Katsukawa Shunkō
p. 53: Hishikawa Sori
p. 67: Seido (政奴)
p. 70: Ryūryūkyo Shinsai
p. 71: Hokuga (北鵞)
