I am told this is a series of 25 prints as a variant of a ca. 1920 Hasegawa Publishing Company's print in the "Night Scene" series. The seal is Hiroshige's and the it's one of the twenty prints in this series that's not attributed to any of the artists who worked with Hasegawa to design the "Night Scene" series. The original 1920 print is a vertical "chuban" (the Japanese word for the size of the print). His son took over the printing company in the 1930's and the company's name became the Nishinomiya Printing Company. I'm guessing but I think your series is from the early 1930's. Can any one assist in identification? Susan on Maui wailukusue@gmail.com
