This is a design by Katsukawa Shunshō, signing "Shunshō ga" (春章画). There is an impression in the collection of the Musée national des arts asiatiques Guimet, which says:

"Play at the Nakamuraza theatre in the 8th month of 1768; Two Actors: Ichikawa Yaozo II in the role of Hanshichi and Sagawa Kikunojo in the role of Sankatsu, 1768"

The seal in the lower left corner of your print belongs to Watanabe Shōzaburō, a prolific publisher of reprints in the first half of the 20th century.
