Your print was designed by Yoshiiku (1933-1904), and it was published in 1862. It's a theatrical print portraying two actors on stage.

I'm not sure what you mean by "the original". These designs were created for woodblock printing, and the original drawings were usually destroyed in the process. There may have been hundreds of "originals" belonging to the first (and often only) edition, but just a few may have survived. Your copy may well be one of these originals.
