The text is "第一巧芸版", and is the seal of 20th-century publisher Daiichi Kogei. I haven't turned up much about them, but they seem to have active in the post-war period, and produced both reprints (Utamaro, in particular) and some original works by modern artists like Rokuro Taniuchi.
