Just to add some information to your findings:

The text to the very right admittedly looks like the title but is perhaps simply an inscription of a pole as part of the image. It reads as follows:

"resting place" 御やすみ所 (oyasumi-dokoro)

In the center we first find the actual title of the series:

"eight views of Tatsumi" 多通見八景 (tatsumi hakkei)

(the first three characters are only used phonetically here)

This is followed by the print title, or a description of what is depicted:

"the setting sun on the opening day of the mountain-climbing season" 山びらきの夕日 (yama-biraki-no yhi)
