Thanks! With that I was able to find the following info:

Minamoto no Sanetomo, the third shogun of Kamakura, was assassinated at 6 pm on 13 February 1219, under the snow, by his nephew Kugyo, prior of the shrine Tsurugaoka Hachimangu. Kugyo came out from beside the stone stairway of the shrine and beheaded him. The assassin, who aspired to the shogun position covered by his uncle, was executed a few hours later. This triptych was made on the occasion of the kabuki play performed in March 1893 at the theater Kabukiza in Tokyo. Looks like the print is titled "Murder under the Snow"
