Thanks very much for the response. I searched for Nakayama Kikusaburo with no exact matches. However, the actor Nakayama Tomisaburo comes up a lot. He seems to be very popular in the roles of woman at about the right time frame for this style of print. Does this seem like a possibility? I have included an close-up of the actor and role inscription. Also, there is a barely visible kiwame seal below the signature so probably printed 1790 or later.
