I don't see any artist information besides Yoshitoshi's signature on that page, but here's what I have found:

The signed two-page spread in vol. 4 (pp. 2-3) bears the signature "Ichiōsai Kunimatsu ga" 一應齋國枩画 (一応斎国松画).

The catalog information for this item in the Early Japanese Book Portal Database lists Yoshitoshi and Toshimitsu (年光, 年参) as artists:

There may be still more to the story, but that's all I've been able to come up with so far...
