Looks like 道挙 (道擧) to me, but I've found only very limited information to go with that name. I've seen a few auction listings with potentially similar items attributed to "貫井道挙", including one English-language listing suggesting the reading of that name is "Kani Dōkyo" with an activity date around 1900.

I wouldn't consider any of that authoritative, but perhaps it will help orient your research.
