Based on the text, it appears to me that the figures are:

(Left) the poet Seiyōkan Umeyo 青陽館 梅世
(Right) the poet and artist Kandaan Atsumaru 神田菴 厚丸, also known as Kogane Atsumaru 小金 厚丸

I haven't been able to identify the book these pages come from, but both figures are associated with kyōka, so I would guess from a kyōka album.
