This looks like it may be the same as a signature that I've catalogued as "Kaikoku":

The first kanji, which looks like 雨+會, is not present in Unicode, as far as I know. It can be found here:

Helpfully, this signature appears on a sugoroku game at Princeton, in which the colophon credits Kojima Katsumi 小島勝美, so I believe this is a gō belonging to Tōshū Shōgetsu.
