Yes, I can confirm that's the left sheet from a kabuki triptych depicting a scene from "Kamagafuchi futatsu-domoe". The play title is also written "釜賀渕二巴".
You can find the matching two missing prints in the database of the National Diet Library of Japan. Go to the search site (https://dl.ndl.go.jp/?__lang=en) and search for "一子五郎市" (= isshi Goroichi; it's an other character in this play), you will get three results: the 2nd one is what you search for.
The actors on the triptych from left to right are: Seki Sanjūrō III, Sawamura Yoshijirō I, Iwai Kumesaburō III and Onoe Waichi II.
