TML gives a publication year of 1829 for that design, though on what basis I'm not sure. Both sources give Toyokuni I credit, though it seems to me that it must actually be Toyokuni II if that date is correct. The style of the signature appears to me to be consistent with a Toyokuni II attribution, and, in my opinion, the style of the design is consistent with a circa-1830 date.

Extrapolating back to the design originally under discussion, the signature and overall style appear essentially the same, so I think this is also by Toyokuni II.
