The signature (at left) reads:

よし藤画 Yoshifuji ga

As Rebecca Salter wrote in "Japanese Popular Prints" (2006):

"One artist's name, Yoshifuji, became synonymous with omocha-e. His working life coincided with the decline of ukiyo-e and the loss of the traditional market so his reputation was made in the field and some of the most charming and playful omocha-e which survive are his work."
