One of the major difficulties in valuing Japanese prints is that a great many reprints exist. Reprinting really got going starting in the 1890s, and a well-made old reprint can be pretty difficult to distinguish from an original.

For example, the print you have shared is from a series originally published in 1830:

But, I see from a dealer website that there was a post-war reprint of this series:

So, particularly if you have hundreds of prints, you're going to want to talk to an expert appraiser/dealer.
