全 means the book is complete (i.e. only one volume)

This is not the title of the booklet I gave a link to, so I suppose that the print you posted was gathered with others (perhaps unrelated?), to form a collection of woodprints bound together.

There is a seal on the image of p4 of the booklet I gave a link to, which begins with 正 , which can be read as Shō or Masa, but I dont know who it is.
