The title of the print is 堅田落厂 Wild Geese Returning Home at Katata
(this is a traditional view of lake Biwa in Omi province)
The last kanji should be 雁 (wild goose)
the first text is a haiku poem by Matsuo Bashō
鴻雁幾行夏不孤、
晩風帯月落束湖
曩沙背水堅田浦、
猶見孔明八陣図
You will find many other prints with the same view by googling "堅田落雁", but not yours alas.
