For a good introduction to ukiyo-e censor seals, have a look at J. Noel Chiappa's "Date Seals in Japanese Prints":

You can also find extensive tables of censor seal images in a few different reference books, such as the The Hotei Encyclopedia of Japanese Woodblock Prints (2005). These can be handy for dating prints, especially those published after 1842.
