To add a little to manuD's observations:

The artist is usually known today as Kunisada II -- he began to sign as Kunisada around 1852, and used the name Kunimasa before that, so this design dates to the 1840s or very early 1850s.

The other text, as mentioned, is very hard to read in this picture. I think the larger text (title?) is 神田明神 Kanda Myōjin, ("Kanda Shrine"). The smaller text (series title?) looks like 江...内, possibly 江戸..内 ("Edo ... uchi"). A clearer image would certainly help!
