Per my understanding, this is a print adaptation of a painting by Kawanabe Kyōsai, published in the 1920s by Nippon Gasui-Sha (Japan Print Purity Company) as part of their monthly series "The Nippon Mokuhan Gasui" ("Masterpieces of Old Japanese Color Prints").
