Discussion the print with Lucienne we found the solution: Itís the center sheet of a bijin triptych by Kunisada I, publisher is Nishimuraya Yohachi, date ca. 1820/25.

The title of the print is "東都二丁町 顏見也見物の圖" what could be read as "Tōto ni chōme, Futomiya mimono no zu", meaning something like "2nd Quarter in Tōto (which has been a red light district), Image of the Attraction of the Futomiya (a respective establishment)".
