Just to add to Lucienne's findings, it appears to me that the text at the far right is a title of sorts, and reads (I think):
北亜墨利加洲蒸気船之図
Kita Amerika shū jōki-sen no zu
View of a North America Steamship
If you search using the kanji text, various related-looking items show up.
