This is a design by Katsukawa Shunchō 勝川春潮. It belongs to a series called "Sanshoku nanashugyō" 蚕織七種業 ("Seven Scenes of Sericulture").
MFA Boston has a different design from (what I take to be) the same series:

I would tend to assume your impression is probably also a reprint.
