The signature on the lower-left design certainly appears to me to belong to Iijima Kōga.

It appears to me that Hiroshige III and Zeshin are the main featured artists, but other featured artists include Gyokushō, Eitaku, Ayaoka Yūshin, and Kōga.

The publisher is Yorozuya Shirobei, here called "Ōkura Shirobei" 大倉四郎兵衛.
