Several things bother me about the attribution to Masayoshi.
- the design is rather modern.
- Masayoshi signs Kitao Masayoshi, Keisai Masayoshi, or just Keisai, most of the time. On the two Shōshin signatures that I have seen, on a kakemono and an e-hon, the hitsu character (筆) after the signature is rather different.
- In the seal, the first character has the bottom-right radical 古 instead of 口.

On the other hand, other artists by that name have a rather different signature.

紹真 can also be read Tsuguzane, and that signature is in Alec's database.
