Artist : Utagawa Yoshikazu
here signing Ichijusai Yoshikazu ga

This type of date seal and Aratame censor seal was used from XII/1853 to XI/1857. Your triptych is dated 1854, 7th month

The publisher is Maru-ya Seijiro (c.1799-IX/1863) Ref. Marks 27-10/299. Probably an unserialized actor print

Description : Here's my best guess Teahouse/brothel/pleasure house
Beauties watching moonlight on the water In the adjacent room a party - revellers are silhouetted against the paper sliding doors (shoji)
