I got it from “Union Catalogue of Early Japanese books“ (http://base1.nijl.ac.jp/infolib/meta_pub/G0001401KTG ). C&P the title (相撲金剛伝 - without any space) into the first or second search field. You will get 3 entries. The second entry is “Sumō kongōden“ illustrated by Kunisada. If you click on it an edition of Ansei 5 is mentioned.
But your reference to Tenpō was important because there is actually still “Tōsei sumō kongōden“ (当世相撲/金剛伝); it’s the third entry. Also illustrated by Kunisada I and written by Utei Enba II; that is from the year Tenpō 14.
