The signature reads 'Kôchôrô Yoshiume ga' (香朝樓芳梅画) with hand shaped seal.
Nakajima Yoshiume (中島芳梅, 1819-1879) was an Osaka artist working during the 1840s-50s. The print is a page or part of an album/series 'Utai hyakuban shiki no nagame' (謡百番四季詠, 'One Hundred Noh theater Lyrics, Scenes of the Four Seasons), published in 1846. The depicted courstesan is Ushiwaka (牛若).
