The artist is Utagawa Kuniaki ii (the link is for more explanation concerning Kuniaki I and II).

The publisher seal belongs to Daikokuya Kichinosuke. According to Marks this publisher was active from 1862-65, seal ref. 23-053/031. Unfortunately no Kuniaki work is listed.

This type of combined date-aratame censor seal was used from I/1859-XII/1871. The date on your print seems to read 1862, 5th month (Bunkyu 2 )

The carver/Hori is Katada Chojiro

I haven't found any similar print with which to compare.
