I don't have a lot to add to Judy's observations, but a few points...

The publisher's colophon gives a date of 1898.6.10 (Meiji 31, 6th month, 10th day). Also I see that I appear to have been correct on the identity of the publisher of your previous toy print -- this one is the same but here the full name is given: Morimoto Junzaburō 森本順三郎.

The large red cartouche in the upper right looks like it *might* contain a signature (perhaps ends in "hitsu" 筆 ?"), but it's too blurry for me to make it out... is there any way you could try to get a better picture of that detail?
