The decor of the kimono and obi is that of the shiraboshi dancer Sakuragi. See for example here: https://collections.mfa.org/objects/471709/actors-ichikawa-danjuro-vii-as-priest-seitaka-onoe-kikugoro?ctx=314df2ad-2f0e-44cf-b695-bc349a965aa4&idx=0
3/1816 and the artist would be Toyokuni I, which from my point of view is more appropriate stylistically.
