The post, which indicates that the above print was exhibited by the Tobacco and Salt Museum, attributes it to Toyokuni I. Looks like Ichikawa Danjūrō and Onoe Kikugorō are in the mix.
I think the performance might be the 1816 staging of "Ume sakura aioi zōshi" 梅桜松双紙, as shown in this similar-looking unsigned print:
