See attached image for an illustration of how I transcribe the name of the right wrestler as "若嶌", using two different fonts to try to make it clear.

In other news, there appears to be an entry on this design (identified by title) in an article from a book on sumo, written by a professor emeritus at Seishu University -- see bottom of page 169 (PDF p. 27):

The gist seems to be that it depicts a match between Umegatani and Wakashima on 1881.5.9 at Shimazu Public Villa (Shimadzu kō bettei 島津公別邸). (Note that "Wakashima" is here written in the modern standard form as "若島", rather than using the variant "嶌" for "shima", as it appears on the print.)
